The mild hybrid 1.6 is having a lot of problems with the drive belt tensioner seizing up, the sudden force of this is damaging the crankshaft pulley key way causing piston to valve damage. Kias fix at the moment is to retighten the pulley bolt in the hope engine damage wont result but the tensioner problem is not being resolved so either way
